Prior to her current role, Julie started her career in nephrology with the Nephrology Program at Renfrew Victoria Hospital.

In practise, Julie actively looks for opportunities to promote self-management support, and partners with patients to incorporate their values and translate them into healthy eating for everyday life. When outside of work, you can find Julie reading the newest thriller novel, or exploring local trails with her duck tolling retriever, Beau.
